WE INVEST IN THE LIFE YOU BUILD OUTSIDE OF WORK
Most firms take your commission and leave you to figure out the rest. We don't.
As your earnings grow, we give our consultants access to trusted advisory support on property investment, wealth building, and financial planning. This is part of how we think about the people who work here. When you earn well at TGS, we make sure you know what to do with it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are six consultants today. Twelve by end of year. Twenty-plus by next year. We are hiring because we are expanding, not backfilling. The opportunity to grow with this business, in billing, leadership, or geography, is real and it is now.
THE MARKET YOU WILL WORK
Every hyperscaler, colocation provider, and enterprise infrastructure team globally is competing for the same finite pool of engineers, project managers, operations professionals, and critical environment specialists. The AI infrastructure wave has accelerated demand to a level the industry was not built to supply.
- You will work permanent and contract.
- You will have live client relationships from day one.
- You will not be fighting over the same job boards as forty generalist recruiters.
THE PEOPLE WE BUILD WITH
We are not building a firm of people who want a job. We are building a firm of people who want to be the best version of themselves.
Everyone at TGS is on a personal development journey alongside their commercial one. We hold ourselves to a high standard because we actually care about where we are heading, not because someone told us to. We train, mentor, and challenge our consultants. We celebrate growth and we do not accept complacency.
If you are comfortable, you will not thrive here. If you are driven, this environment will accelerate you faster than anywhere else you could be.

WHERE YOU CAN GO FROM HERE
The growth path at TGS is not a fixed ladder. It is an open map.
- Want to own the highest-billing desk in your specialism? We will give you the market and the platform to do it.
- Want to build and lead your own team? The business is scaling fast enough to make that a short-term reality, not a five-year promise.
- Want to own an international desk across APAC, the Nordics, or the Americas? Those markets are live. The right person can lead them.
- Want to grow into a director-level role as TGS scales toward £20 million turnover? That conversation is available here.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You don't need to come from data centres. You do need to come from somewhere serious.
We are looking for experienced 360 recruiters who have billed in a technical or specialist market and want a bigger stage. Or exceptional sales professionals with the hunger to learn a niche fast and work it with precision.
What matters to us: integrity, accountability, genuine ambition, and a real commitment to being better next month than you are today.
If you are currently hitting targets but feel constrained by a role, a market, or a culture that doesn't match where you want to go, this is worth your attention.
