Who we are
Founded in 2022, by our Managing Director James Ryan, InfraRec focuses on the America market within the Renewables, Transmission & Distribution, Substation, Civil, Solar and Field Services industries, tailoring each client's talent search depending on their needs.
Predominately working in permanent retained recruitment and most recently in contract and interim.
Over the past 4 years we have placed within 36+ states, 50+ different organisations and over 200 placements.
We are expanding at a high level and are looking for Consultants who are ambitious and hungry in the recruitment market.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with any sector background, you may be looking to enter a new sector, but you must prove dedication and structure in your work.

- 6 - 18+ months experience
- Strong/ dependent billings over this period of time
- Good tech stack experience - working with CRMs, Automations, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Experience in business development
- Good communication skills and literacy
The Role
You will be working within our sales team, focusing on all, if not some, of our sector within Renewables, Substation, Civil etc. You'll be working on a HOT desk from day one building relationships with our existing clients and working with candidates to ensure that they are best placed in our current live roles. There will be times where you will be bringing on new clients, so experience in business development is ideal. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone and takes accountability for their work. This is a fast-moving business, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment so will need to be organised and have a proactive approach to our clients and candidates.
