Recruitment Consultant – Education

Uncapped Commission | £50K+ OTE | Career Progression

Location: Manchester (Ancoats)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year + Uncapped Commission (£50,000+ OTE)

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing your specialist desk while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and education providers.
  • Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.
  • Negotiating offers and providing expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
  • Working towards achievable targets while contributing to the growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year previous recruitment experience (education recruitment is beneficial but not essential).
  • A motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in business development and winning new clients.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
