What You’ll Be Doing
In this 360° recruitment consultant role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with ownership over your desk and the support to scale it. You will:

- Manage existing client relationships and develop new business
- Source and qualify high-calibre candidates
- Guide clients and candidates through the full hiring process
- Build and maintain a profitable desk with autonomy
- Collaborate with an experienced, ambitious team
- Leverage our strong brand presence and tools to grow your market
What We’re Looking For
We’re after recruitment consultants with 1+ year of 360 experience (any sector) who are:
- Driven by results and motivated by commission
- Confident communicators with strong commercial awareness
- Capable of managing both client and candidate relationships
- Eager to step into a business with real growth opportunities
- Looking for a company that rewards performance and supports progress

Construction recruitment consultant experience is a bonus, but not essential.
