Resourcing Business Partner
Contract Length: 6 months - Possibility of extension
Location: London, SW1A 2BQ ideally but could look at Manchester, M2 3AW too, 2-3 days per week on site.
Security Clearance: SC Clearance – needed due to materials/data have access to.

- SC Clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality service to customers, and a focus on continuous improvement with an appetite to work with others to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships and influence decision making.
- Able to see the bigger picture and think strategically to feed into wider resourcing plans.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from existing data sources to enable new analysis, and experience in using this to inform evidence-based decision making.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role.
- Awareness of Civil Service recruitment principles
- Experience advertising roles
- Ability to analyse data and create market intel
