The Role
Depending on the opportunity, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing and growing your own client portfolio through business development
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing vacancies from qualification through to successful placement
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen market
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from recruiters who have:
- At least 12 months' experience working within a recruitment agency
- A proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven approach
- A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional service
