Job Opportunity
City Centre office with space for parking.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | Between 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities across the industrial and driving sectors
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Making outbound sales calls and arranging meetings
- Attending client visits and understanding workforce requirements
- Negotiating rates and commercial agreements
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Interviewing and registering candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- Managing temporary workforce bookings
- Maintaining compliance and candidate records
- Working towards individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates looking to start a career
- Individuals with a sporting background who enjoy working towards goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated personalities
- Confidence speaking with people and building relationships
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership experience is beneficial
- Full UK driving licence preferred
