Accelerate your career as a Recruitment Consultant (360 / Business Development)
We’re looking for driven individuals to join our Leeds HQ, focusing on building and growing your own market within a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a successful career in recruitment or sales, with a strong focus on business development, ownership, and revenue growth.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk—developing client relationships, delivering top talent, and building a strong market presence while supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

You will:
- Build and develop your client portfolio through proactive business development
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct interviews, manage processes, and negotiate offers
- Develop your personal brand and position yourself as a market specialist
- Drive performance, revenue growth and long-term partnerships

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- £27,000-£35,000
- Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)
- Performance incentives and bonuses

The base salary reflects fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for commission based on performance against defined targets.
