Delivery Recruitment Consultant (AI, Data & Software) – x2
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + Commission + Additional Bonus + Attractive Benefits Package
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (Hybrid 3 days office - 2 days home)
Connect-AI is the new division of Connect Group, launching in January 2026, specialising in recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across the UK and Europe. We focus on connecting high-growth tech companies, scale-ups, and startups with exceptional talent in AI, machine learning, data engineering, software development, and related technology disciplines.
As a Junior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters, helping to identify and engage top talent while developing your recruitment expertise in one of the fastest-growing technology markets.

What You'll Do
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for AI, Data, and Software opportunities across the UK and Europe.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines using our CRM and recruitment systems.
- Write engaging job adverts and proactively headhunt talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Support senior consultants in delivering recruitment projects for high-growth technology clients.
- Develop your knowledge of the AI, Data, and Software recruitment market through ongoing training and mentoring.
About You
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or office-based experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Passionate about technology and building relationships with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious and looking for long-term career progression within recruitment.
