Your next chapter At Travel Chapter, we’re proud to be a B Corp and a people-first business. We’re going through an exciting period of growth and change, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us on a contract basis to support delivery across a busy hiring pipeline.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of roles from briefing through to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business. You’ll be supporting recruitment across a diverse range of areas including Tech, Property Management and Business Operations, so adaptability and confidence working across different role types will be key.

This is a 3–6 month contract, working full time from our Norwich office, operating on a self-employed basis (invoicing monthly).
What you’ll be doing Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles Partnering with hiring managers to take clear briefs and advise on approach Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of channels Screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience Coordinating interviews and managing feedback loops Supporting offer processes and candidate negotiations Keeping our ATS (Teamtailor) up to date and ensuring accurate reporting Bringing ideas to improve processes and keep things moving efficiently
What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or in-house) Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g. Tech, Operations, Property or similar) Ability to manage multiple roles at pace, without compromising on quality Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, self-starting approach – comfortable working autonomously Experience using an ATS (Teamtailor experience would be a bonus) In-house recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not essential Availability to commit to a full-time, office-based contract in Norwich
