MRP Global is a specialist technology recruitment company delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions across a wide range of technology sectors, including SAP, AWS, Azure, Cyber Security, Salesforce, and E-commerce.
Our offices are in the heart of the City of London, just a short walk from Moorgate Station (Elizabeth Line) and within easy reach of Liverpool Street, Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street, and London Bridge stations.
Due to continued business growth and increasing client demand, we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. Ideally, you'll have at least two years' recruitment experience within the technology sector and be passionate about building strong candidate relationships while supporting leading global clients.

Unlike many recruitment businesses, we don't limit consultants to specific technologies or geographical regions. You'll have the freedom to develop your own client portfolio across EMEA, APAC, the Americas, or wherever your ambition takes you.
The Role:
- Drive new business growth while managing and expanding an established client portfolio within a high-demand sector.
- Source, engage, and place high-calibre talent across both permanent and contract opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, developing deep market expertise to become a trusted subject matter expert.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate placement.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of two years' recruitment experience, ideally within technology recruitment
- Experience in a 360-recruitment role, with a strong focus on candidate management and delivery
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, driven, and ambitious approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
