HR Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Public Sector HR | Bristol based

£28,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

Are you an ambitious recruiter ready to specialise in one of the UK's most resilient and rewarding recruitment markets?

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Human Resources business in Bristol, focusing exclusively on the Public Sector HR market. This is an exciting opportunity to inherit established relationships, develop a specialist network and build a high-performing desk within a recognised market-leading brand.

The Opportunity:

As demand for specialist HR talent continues to grow, we're investing in dedicated sector expertise. This role has been created to provide greater focus and market ownership within the Public Sector HR space, allowing you to develop deeper client partnerships and maximise growth opportunities.

You'll recruit across a broad range of HR disciplines, including:

  • HR Business Partners
  • HR Managers
  • Employee Relations Specialists
  • Learning & Development Professionals
  • Organisational Development Specialists
  • HR Transformation & Change Professionals

Working across the Bristol region and wider South West public sector market, you'll build relationships with local authorities, NHS organisations, education providers and other public sector employers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a specialist Public Sector HR recruitment desk
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing and engaging high-calibre HR professionals
  • Delivering interim recruitment solutions across HR specialisms
  • Driving business development activity to expand market share
  • Providing consultative recruitment expertise to clients and candidates alike

You'll be commercially aware, relationship-driven and motivated by building a successful specialist desk.
