Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Win and grow client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management
- Attract, assess, and engage high-quality candidates via targeted sourcing and networking
- Build deep expertise in your sector, developing long-term specialism
- Collaborate within a high-performing team, sharing insights and driving results
- Take ownership of activity and data accuracy using Salesforce
Profile
