We’re launching our Training Academy and are looking to hire high-potential Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join Mint Selection as we continue to grow.

This is an ideal role for ambitious, driven people who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, earn well, and develop into specialists or leaders, with genuine support and clear structure from day one.

Who we’re looking for:

You don’t need to be a “traditional graduate.” We’re open to:

  • Graduates from any discipline
  • People with up to 12 months’ experience in sales, estate agency, or other target-driven roles
  • Anyone who is commercially minded, motivated by success and reward, and keen to learn

What matters most to us is capability, hunger, and attitude.

The role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join our structured training programme, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a high-performance but supportive environment. You’ll gain exposure to senior-level clients and candidates from early on, with the tools and guidance to build confidence quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
