The Opportunity

You’ll join a high-performing team of 17 consultants working in a collaborative, competitive, and commercially driven environment. Our consultants consistently achieve exceptional results:

  • Average productivity: $25K PPH
  • Multiple consultants billing £100K+ quarterly
  • Top performers regularly earning £12K+ bonus monthly

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Partner with international clients to diagnose hiring needs and workforce challenges
  • Build and execute targeted attraction strategies for specialist talent pools
  • Interview, assess, and match high-calibre candidates to niche roles
  • Develop long-term client and candidate relationships within your market
  • Drive new business development and grow your own specialist desk
  • Operate as a trusted market expert within your vertical

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be considered if you have:

  • A degree (preferred but not essential)
  • 6+ months experience in recruitment
  • Proven success in B2B / C2C sales environments

Above all, you will be:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
  • Social, confident, and relationship-driven
  • Hungry to build a high-earning career, not just a job

  • £25,000–£28,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission structure
