Recruitment Consultant

Onsite Recruitment Coordinator – Tamworth

Location: Tamworth

Pay Rate: GBP 30,500 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00 – 14:30) – may vary

About the Role

Nexus People are currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, to be based at their client location in Tamworth.

You must have previous work experience and be confident working within:

  • A busy office environment
  • A warehouse setting
  • High-volume hiring
  • Temporary recruitment

Key Responsibilities

As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will:

  • Handle all aspects of recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
  • Manage interviews and assessments
    • Proactively maintain a pool of available candidates
  • Complete all compliance checks and referencing in line with company policy
  • Monitor:
    • Local competitor activity
    • Fluctuations in pay rates
    • Changes in candidate engagement
  • Provide supply reports when requested

    • Warehouse office environments
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to:

    • Handle unexpected urgent issues (e.g., on-call availability)
  • Willingness for occasional additional overtime during busy periods

Working Hours & Flexibility
