Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant – Reed Norwich Location: Reed - 2–4 Queen St, Norwich NR2 4SQ Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction Salary: £26,000–£35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday Contract: Permanent and Full Time

About the Opportunities Our highest‑performing office with Reed - Reed Norwich - are growing! We are looking for recruitment professionals within our Accountancy and Marketing teams. You will either take ownership of an established Accountancy desk, specialising in placing part‑qualified accountancy professionals into permanent roles across Norwich and the surrounding areas, or a growing Marketing Desk covering East Anglia.

These are both sales‑focused roles where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.
