Executive Search Consultant
Location: London (New Office)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
RSP Group is opening its first London office, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it from the beginning.
This isn't a large corporate recruitment business where you're one of hundreds of consultants. It's a chance to join a growing executive search firm, work alongside experienced recruiters, and help build something that could become really special over the next few years.
We recruit exclusively across the US construction market, partnering with some of the biggest contractors and developers in the industry. Our work is focused on retained and exclusive searches, so we're not a KPI-heavy agency.
The Opportunity
- You'll work alongside two experienced recruiters, including recruiters who have generated over $1 million in annual billings.
- You'll receive hands-on training every day, learning how to recruit into one of the most lucrative markets in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting retained and exclusive executive search assignments across the US.
- Identifying and engaging high-quality construction professionals.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates.
- Learning how to manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Developing into a specialist recruiter with your own market and client base.
