Recruitment Consultant - Leeds
Graduating this year and looking for more than just a typical graduate job? At Discover International, we're growing our Leeds team and are looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a successful career in recruitment.
We work with some of the most exciting biotech and pharmaceutical companies around the world, helping them hire senior leaders who are developing the next generation of medicines and treatments.
You don't need recruitment experience. What we're looking for is confidence, resilience, a strong work ethic and people who are excited by the idea of building relationships, learning sales and business development, and being rewarded for the effort they put in.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with senior professionals across the Life Sciences industry.
- Learning how to win new business and build relationships with clients.
- Headhunting and recruiting high-quality candidates for specialist roles.
- Managing the recruitment process from the first conversation through to offer.
- Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Building your own market and becoming an expert in your sector.
