What we’re looking for:
- Resilient individuals who can stay motivated through challenges
- Strong communicators with confidence and energy
- A desire to work in a sales-driven and target-focused environment
- Good understanding of what recruitment involves day to day
What you’ll be doing as a 360 Recruitment Consultant:
- Winning new business through business development and client outreach
- Building your own network and personal brand to attract top talent
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and matching them to suitable opportunities
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates for repeat business
