🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full 360 Recruitment – From business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews, and closing deals.
- Sales & BD – Drive new business, pitch Reed’s services, and grow your client base.
- Candidate Engagement – Source top talent via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Relationship Management – Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
- Target Hitter – Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
