Do you want the chance to reach your full potential, grow your skills, and build a long‑term career in recruitment? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and source psychologists whilst building relationships with healthcare clients.
Part of Acacium Group, Pulse is a leading UK and international provider of healthcare staffing. We support NHS Trusts and private sector organisations by placing registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners, doctors, allied health professionals and psychological therapists into temporary, permanent and contract roles. We’re unique in our commitment to delivering the highest quality service through placing the best people.
đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Source and screen mental health professionals for positions, building relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Understand role requirements from our clients and assess candidates suitability.
- Account manage healthcare clients and build strong relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct new business development calls with healthcare clients.
