Sales Executive to Recruitment Consultant | Aldgate | Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate as a sales professional and trusted advisor, managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Building your own portfolio of accounts
- Identifying and engaging high-quality technology professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to offer
- Negotiating deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Becoming an expert in your specialist market
