Salary: £30,000-£41,950 (DOE) plus uncapped commission with no threshold!

- Business Development: Actively grow new opportunities and sell recruitment services
- Client Relationships: Engage with schools to understand their hiring needs
- Client Visits & Networking: Attend events to build connections
- Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Identify, interview, and place high-quality educators
- Candidate Management: Oversee your candidate database and pipeline
- Performance: Hit KPIs and targets independently
- Collaboration: Work with sales and compliance teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
We’re looking for applicants who thrive in a target-driven, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Motivation and Resilience: Determination to excel and meet goals
- KPI Experience: Proven ability to work towards measurable objectives
- Sales/Customer-Facing Background: Extensive experience in building relationships or selling
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Adaptability: Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve

Working Hours
In-Term Time: Monday–Friday, Fixed & Flexible Options
- 1 shift: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
- 2 shifts: 7:30 AM–5 PM
- 1 shift: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
During School Holidays: Reduced hours (typically 4–6hr shifts)
Register: Office-based (with WFH days post-probation).
