We’re ranked in the Sunday Times Top 10 Medium Companies to Work For and recognised as a Best Place to Work for 16-34 year olds, as well as receiving over 1500 5 star Google reviews. We’re growing fast and looking for hard working, goal oriented individuals to join a team known for excellence, collaboration, and delivering a fantastic experience every time.
The Role
We are looking to hire entry-level Recruitment Consultants, to start in September. Starting with a candidate focus, whilst you learn how to bring on your own clients. These are 'attitude hires' and we're ideally looking for people with a couple of years' life experience post-school/college/university, or that have worked whilst at university in a fast-paced environment (think hospitality/retail/customer services).
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
