ProfDoc is expanding and seeking an ambitious, experienced Recruitment Consultant (or sales professional looking to step into recruitment) to play a key role in our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while contributing to company success.

About You
- Sales or Recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Professional, ambitious, and passionate about client and candidate success.
