The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle — from winning new business and building client relationships to sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates within white collar construction. You'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, developing a warm desk with an established pipeline of roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction clients (contractors, developers, housebuilders) to understand their staffing needs
- Proactively business-develop new client accounts through calls, site visits, and networking
- Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct approaches
- Screen, interview, and vet candidates, ensuring right-to-work checks and relevant certifications are verified
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing/target-driven role
