What You'll Be Doing
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing long-term relationships with clients across the US Data Center, Engineering, and Technology markets
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing vacancies from briefing through to successful placement
- Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-calibre STEM professionals
- Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice
- Negotiating offers and guiding clients and candidates through the recruitment process
- Building a profitable desk while growing your personal brand within the market
What We're Looking For
You'll be a recruiter who is driven to achieve more and excited by the opportunity to build a genuinely rewarding career.
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Experience recruiting within STEM markets such as Technology, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, or similar
- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, resilient, and financially motivated mindset
- The ambition to progress quickly and maximise your earning potential
- Availability to work US market hours
