We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join us in our Leeds office.

The Role: What you'll be doing 💼:
- Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
- Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company-led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for 💡
- Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales, or a Customer-facing role
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
- Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
