The Role: What you'll be doing 💼:

  • Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
  • Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company-led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for 💡

  • Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales, or a Customer-facing role
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
  • You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
  • Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
