Recruitment Consultant – New Homes Sales

We're looking for an ambitious, driven, and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving New Homes Temporary team at deverellsmith.

Whether you have experience in recruitment, sales, property, customer service, hospitality, or another fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. We're more interested in your attitude than your background. If you're resilient, commercially minded, and passionate about building relationships, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Our New Homes Temporary division supplies high-quality sales and customer service professionals to leading housebuilders and developers across London and the South East. What you'll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant within our New Homes Temporary team, you'll:

  • Build and manage relationships with leading housebuilders and developers.
  • Recruit and place New Homes Sales Consultants and Customer Care professionals into temporary assignments.
  • Source, interview, and support candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Win new business while growing existing client partnerships.
  • Match candidates to exciting opportunities across the New Homes sector.
  • Manage bookings, placements, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work towards individual and team revenue targets while celebrating success together.

What we offer

  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission & bonuses. OTE Year 1 £35,000-£40,000, Year 2 £60,000-£70,000
  • Hybrid working, we work 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • Flexible working hours. Work around our core hours of 9.30-4.30pm
  • Unlimited holiday (with a minimum of 28 days)
  • Incentive trips every 2 months, team socials, 2 company abroad trips (Barcelona is next) and many more!
