Gr8 Connect are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Slough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial and driving sectors.
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
- Break: 1 hour unpaid break
- Start: Immediate start available
- Position: Full-time permanent

Responsibilities
- Developing existing client accounts
- Business development and winning new clients
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Filling industrial and driving vacancies
- Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
- Building strong relationships with clients and workers
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience essential
- Ideally experienced within industrial and driving recruitment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident telephone manner and sales ability
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle advantageous
