Hybrid working: 5 days in-office during training, then 3-4 days office / 1-2 WFH

We're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our Birmingham team, with opportunities across Business Support & Commercial and Accountancy recruitment.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a successful sales background, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client meetings through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management and placements. Working with clients and candidates across the West Midlands, you'll build lasting relationships, grow your market, and maximise your earning potential.
