Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Recruitment Consultant

A high-billing, successful agency operating in the renewable energy market is seeking a Delivery Recruitment Consultant (or Recruitment Consultant at entry level) to work with existing clients on live roles.

You will collaborate closely with a highly successful manager who bills £1m+ annually and is a key player in the sector. This opportunity provides:

  • High-volume live roles to work on immediately
  • Lucrative earning potential
  • Mentorship and training to progress to a 360-degree recruitment role, including business development

This role is ideal if you have basic recruitment experience and ambition to grow long-term.


The Position

Initial Role (Delivery Consultant)

  • Manage candidate sourcing and interview processes for existing clients
  • Handle contract starts, extensions, and negotiations
  • Source a small volume of permanent roles
  • Work closely with the Team Director in a hands-on, high-performance environment

Future Progression (360 Recruitment Consultant)

Once you build market expertise and secure placements, you will:

  • Develop business development (BD) skills to attract new clients
  • Take ownership of a client base
  • Manage both the sales and candidate-facing aspects of the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & managing interviews with an existing client base
  • Close collaboration with the £1m-billing team director
  • Train in renewable energy market trends from industry leaders
