We're now looking for Delivery Consultants to join two of our fastest-growing markets:
🤖 Robotics
⚡ Energy & Infrastructure
The Opportunity
This is a specialist delivery role focused on candidate relationships, talent attraction and market expertise.

You'll work closely with an established client base, helping some of Europe's most exciting businesses hire highly sought-after talent.
Unlike a traditional 360 role, your focus will be on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates through the recruitment process.
You'll become a true market specialist within either Robotics or Energy — two sectors experiencing significant growth across Germany and Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with high-quality candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
- Headhunting specialist talent
- Conducting candidate qualification interviews
- Providing market insight to clients and colleagues
- Creating talent pipelines within your niche
- Becoming a recognised expert within your market
Who We're Looking For
