You'll work closely with an established client base, helping some of Europe's most exciting businesses hire highly sought-after talent.

Unlike a traditional 360 role, your focus will be on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates through the recruitment process.

You'll become a true market specialist within either Robotics or Energy β€” two sectors experiencing significant growth across Germany and Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with high-quality candidates
  • Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
  • Headhunting specialist talent
  • Conducting candidate qualification interviews
  • Providing market insight to clients and colleagues
  • Creating talent pipelines within your niche
  • Becoming a recognised expert within your market
