Job Title: Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant Company: Apex Resources Limited Location: Watford Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE + Full comms package Hours: Full time Permenant (Office based)
[All candidates must have 360 recruitment experience within any Blue Collar Construction or Industrial sector, and be eligible work in the UK]

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role: As a Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure we are providing the best candidates for their roles.

Responsibilities: • Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities. • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service. • Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates. • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements aremet. • Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on trades and labour recruitment. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
