About the Role
Are you a successful recruiter but tired of working in an office 8-8? Would you like to work in an environment that values work-life balance?
Well, Ronald James Group is looking for an experienced recruiter who has over 2 years of experience that wants to do something different other than work in the boring 360 style recruitment role with high-pressure selling.
We moved away from traditional recruitment methods (no more cold calls), making use of new era strategies! Only warm calls that are pre-booked or arranged for you by our talented team.
Who Are You?
- An outstanding Recruiter who is always striving to be the best
- An interest in and understanding in all things Digital – or a strong willingness and ability to learn
- Experience of working in the IT sector (not essential, a nice to have)
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience of working as a recruiter

What Will You Be Doing?
- Source candidates and place them onto roles, but you will be supported with this by our outstanding talent acquisition team
- Manage diary and call any pre-booked candidates
- Build relationships and arrange your own candidates to call in your diary
- Work on a variety of account managed positions
