Associate Consultant & Consultant (UK & European Construction)

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary - Associate Consultant: £25,000 - £28,000
  • Basic Salary - Consultant: £30,000 - £35,000
  • Commission: Uncapped and up to 30% commission on total billings above first £5,000
  • Performance Bonus: 5% of Quarterly Billings

Nadson Consulting Limited are a specialist search agency operating across the UK & European Built Environment.

We partner with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, and Consultancies to identify and secure high calibre professionals across a range of sectors including Residential, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, MEP and more!

Due to a highly successful first year and as we continue to grow; we are now looking to hire both an Associate Consultant and a Consultant to join the team.

Associate Consultant (Circa 0 – 2 Years of experience)

This role is ideal for somebody looking to develop a career in recruitment.

You will work closely with one of our Directors in which you will be identifying talent, building relationships and delivering assignments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning & Development (depending on applicants level)
  • Candidate sourcing and headhunting
  • Market mapping and research
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Supporting Director on key assignments
  • Building your own market knowledge and network

This role offers a clear route into a full 360 Consultant position.

Consultant (Circa 2 – 5 Years of experience)

This role is suited to recruiters who already have experience managing recruitment processes and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business development and client management
  • Headhunting and candidate engagement
  • Managing permanent and freelance recruitment processes
  • Building and growing your own specialist market
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
