Recruitment Consultant – Portsmouth
Location: Portsmouth Basic Salary: £25,000 (increasing to £26,000–£27,000 upon successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of targets)
New starters receive a commission accelerator of up to £1,500, paid over the first 6 months to support pipeline and market knowledge development.
Competitive Earning Potential
- Year 1 OTE (On-Target Earnings): £35,000
- Year 2 OTE: £50,000 – £70,000
- Year 3 OTE: £80,000 – £100,000+

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Build outbound sales pipeline to source new clients
- Develop networking strategies (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent pools
- Strengthen client & candidate relationships
- Create engaging vacancy advertisements, campaigns & marketing
- Negotiate Terms of Business with corporate clients
- Track personal KPIs & financial targets
- Full ownership of your earnings growth
