£26,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + On-Call Bonus

We're a successful healthcare recruitment business with four UK branches and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Canterbury team.

Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, account management or business development background, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll manage a busy temporary healthcare recruitment desk, supporting residential and nursing homes across the local area.


Responsibilities Include

  • Sourcing, interviewing and onboarding healthcare professionals
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing staffing requirements and bookings
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Coordinating temporary staffing needs
  • Maintaining compliance standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Achieving KPIs and targets
  • Taking part in a shared on-call rota

About You

You'll Have

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

8:00am – 4:00pm

Additional On-call Duties Are Shared On a Rota Basis.
