Finance Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Senior Finance & Qualified Finance | Southampton based

£28,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

Are you an ambitious recruiter looking to build a successful desk within one of the South Coast's largest untapped finance markets?

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance business in Southampton, focusing on permanent recruitment across the Senior Finance and Part-Qualified Finance market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a desk with significant growth potential, established market presence, and the backing of a market-leading recruitment brand.

The Opportunity:

  • We're investing in the South Coast finance market following a period of reduced market coverage, creating an opportunity for a driven recruiter to rebuild market share and develop long-term client relationships across a highly commercial territory.
  • You'll recruit across a broad range of finance disciplines, including:
    • Management Accountants
    • Finance Managers
    • Financial Controllers
    • Finance Business Partners
    • Senior Management Accountants
    • Part-Qualified Finance Professionals

Working across Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Bournemouth, and the wider South Coast region, you'll partner with organizations spanning financial services, professional services, technology, engineering, manufacturing, and SME businesses.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a specialist Finance recruitment desk
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients across the South Coast
  • Sourcing and engaging high-calibre finance professionals
  • Managing permanent recruitment processes from qualification through to placement
  • Driving business development activity to expand market share
  • Providing consultative recruitment expertise to clients and candidates alike

You'll be commercially driven, relationship-focused, and motivated by building a successful specialist desk.
