HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk. This is a highly sales focused role suited to someone who thrives on business development, targets and relationship building. We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, particularly those with a strong sales or business development background who are looking to move into recruitment.

The Role

  • Full 360 recruitment responsibility - client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements and account management
  • Proactively win new business and develop long-term client relationships
  • Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
  • Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets
  • Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance

About You

  • Experience in recruitment (360) or a strong sales/business development background
  • Confident, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own
