Your New Role
This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, requiring both business development and candidate management experience.
We are specifically looking for recruiters who have experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from generating new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing, managing, and placing candidates.
Please note: This role is not suitable for recruiters who have only worked in a 180/delivery-based recruitment model. Previous business development experience is essential.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales and business development activities.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments.
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management and placement.
- Negotiating commercial terms and successfully closing deals with both clients and candidates.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Growing your market presence and becoming a specialist within your sector.

What You Need to Bring
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Previous recruitment experience within a 360 Recruitment Consultant role
- Proven business development experience, including winning and developing client relationships
- A track record of managing both client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Experience generating revenue through placements and account growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, driven, and commercially focused mindset
Please note: This opportunity is best suited to recruiters with previous 360 recruitment experience, including business development responsibilities. Whilst we welcome applications from a variety of recruitment backgrounds, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience building client relationships, generating new business, and managing the full recruitment process end-to-end.
