Marketing Recruitment Consultant- Soho- agency recruitment- hybrid 3 days a week in London

We need a Recruitment Consultant to join our marketing team, focusing on junior-mid level roles across a number of clientside sectors. This is a really warm desk and will start heavily focusing on the candidate part of the role before progressing into a 360 position.

What We Are Looking For

  • You have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer/client-facing role. Ideally, within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
  • Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals.
  • Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector.
  • People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs.
  • People who give and ask for quality feedback.
