Requirements & Qualities

✅ Sales mindset—passion for developing client relationships and hitting targets. ✅ No prior experience necessary, but transferable skills (sales, recruitment) are a bonus. ✅ A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. ✅ Top-tier resilience and accountability—ownership over performance growth. ✅ Industry enthusiasm—flourishes in dynamic, competitive environments.
