Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant Department: Consulting Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Brighton

Description The role of Recruitment Consultant involves working alongside the wider team to deliver high-quality candidates for our (predominantly) Insurance Clients. This role is candidate-focused with increasing client exposure and responsibility overtime.

Key Responsibilities This is a candidate-focused role; sourcing and managing (new) candidates and building relationships and networks across the Insurance space. Conduct face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer. Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing. Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions. Work with the wider team to understand client requirements and employer value propositions. Building strong knowledge of our vertical markets, sharing critical market information with the broader team. Using Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source. Develop your knowledge of the wider consulting business areas. Demonstrate the Davies values and behaviours to ensure we are providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience.
