The Role
You will:
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk within a specialist market
- Win new business and develop long-term client relationships
- Build and manage a profitable candidate and client pipeline
- Recruit and place candidates up to senior level
- Source, qualify, and represent high-quality professionals
- Manage billings, KPIs, and revenue targets
- Operate in a high-performance, sales-focused environment
We're looking for consultants with:
- Recent 360 agency recruitment experience
- A track record of successful billings in an agency setting
- Proven ability to win new business
- Strong candidate management and delivery skills
- A passion for sales, recruitment, and consulting
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition for progression

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000-£50,000 base salary (depending on experience and interview performance)
- Uncapped commission
- OTE: £50k+ Year 1 | OTE £80k+ Year 2 (depending on experience)
