Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: 14 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 0NE (Hybrid working)
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + Uncapped Commission

You will learn the fundamentals of recruitment from your first call, while being encouraged to develop your own client base and candidate network. Daily activities include:
- Networking with tech professionals to grow your market knowledge.
- Selling recruitment solutions and services to clients.
- Identifying, attracting, and engaging with high-level tech talent.
- Interviewing candidates to understand their skills and ambitions.
- Providing advice on CVs, interviews, and market trends.
- Working as part of a high-performing team, supporting and motivating one another.
As you progress, you will also receive training in:
- Prospecting for new business with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Selling tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals who want to build a rewarding career. You should bring:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or recruitment.
- Confidence in building relationships over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Resilience, determination, and a competitive mindset.
- A strong work ethic and the drive to exceed expectations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
