Recruitment Consultant | Existing Clients | No Cold Business Development

Milton Keynes | £35,000 Basic | £60,000+ OTE + Outstanding Benefits

What if you could enjoy recruitment again?

At Aaron Wallis, our consultants spend their time building relationships, delivering recruitment projects and looking after existing clients—not making hundreds of business development calls every week.

Our reputation, marketing and long-standing client relationships generate a consistent flow of high-quality enquiries. More than 80% of our business comes from repeat clients, allowing our consultants to focus on what they enjoy most: recruiting exceptional people and delivering an outstanding service.

It's one of the reasons people stay with us.

Recruitment Without the Corporate Nonsense

We're ambitious and we work hard, but we've never believed recruitment needs layers of management, office politics or oversized egos.

We're a close-knit team that enjoys coming to work, shares ideas openly, celebrates each other's success and genuinely supports one another. It's professional, fast-paced and rewarding, but it's also relaxed, honest and great fun.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
