Recruitment Consultant - USA Executive Search
Hamilton, South Lanarkshire
Office-based:
- Monday-Thursday: 11.30am-8.30pm
- Friday: 11am-5.30pm
Salary: £5,000 - £10,000 monthly average (Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus)

Roofing Talent America partners with high-growth commercial construction and roofing companies across the United States, including major private equity-backed platforms scaling aggressively through acquisition and expansion.
This is a serious opportunity for ambitious people who want to grow fast, earn big, and build a great career. Our consultants regularly earn £5,000 - £10,000 per month in commission, with top performers producing £15,000+ months.
Our clients are $50m-$500m+ businesses hiring senior leadership and management talent across markets including Texas, Florida, California, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Nevada, and New York.
You will work executive search assignments for CEOs, Presidents, VPs, General Managers, Sales Leaders, Estimators, Superintendents, and Project Managers while building genuine commercial experience around ambitious companies operating at scale across America.
Unlike most recruitment firms, you are not walking into an empty desk reliant on cold business development. Our brand, marketing, and industry reputation generate more live work than we can currently handle, giving you immediate access to established client relationships, high-value vacancies, and real market demand from day one.

Your Role
- Manage executive and managerial search assignments across the USA
- Headhunt and scout senior leadership talent from competitors and target companies
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and sell high-level opportunities over the phone
- Build relationships with CEOs, operators, and industry leaders across America
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and close placements
- Operate across multiple live assignments in a fast-moving, target-driven market
- Deliver results for major commercial construction and PE-backed platforms

We invest heavily in development. Every consultant goes through hands-on training with our dedicated in-house recruitment trainer, learning how to manage executive search processes, handle high-level conversations, build relationships properly, and operate in a fast-moving performance environment.
Must Have’s
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or phone-based outreach
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people daily
- Competitive, ambitious, and driven by targets, progression, and results
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
- Self-disciplined, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities
- Motivated by growth, responsibility, and performance-based earnings
- Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM and recruitment systems
