What You’ll Get From Us:
- 💰 Earnings
- Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £32,000 DOE)
- Uncapped commission (up to 30%)
- Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40k–£60k+
- No ceiling on earnings

The Role
You’ll build and manage your own specialist market within Interior Design or HVAC recruitment.
- Build relationships with candidates and clients across the UK, US & Europe
- Develop new business and manage client accounts
- Run the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Become a recognised specialist in your niche
